CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “ESPN Pensacola 1330AM/99.1FM General Contest Rules” dated 07.19.19. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.
A. DATE OF CONTEST: 9/14/2020-01/01/2021
B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
C. HOW TO ENTER
ESPN Pensacola 1330-AM 99.1FM will announced their games on Talk Football with Coach Kay, as well as post the games to choose on the ESPN Pensacola Facebook page. You may submit your picks by texting in your picks at 850-623-1330.
D. HOW TO PLAY
ESPN Pensacola 1330AM-99.1FM will select a total of nine (9) games for you choose your winners. The games will consist of four (4) college games and four (4) NFL games, with one game that work as the tiebreaker. The individual with the best results after Monday Night Football will be the winner. This contest is promoted by ESPN Pensacola 1330/FM 99.1. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the air on Talk Football with Coach Kay by the Tuesday after Monday Night Football, and will be and contacted within 3 business days using information from completed entry form. If unable to contact the first eligible winner, another will be drawn and contacted in the same manner until an eligible winner is located.
E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by ESPN Pensacola 1330-FM99.1, and it has no connection to any other organization. The Contest is open to all ESPN-Pensacola 1330-FM99.1 listeners age 18 or older. The winner of this contest may win this prize even if he/she has won another prize from stations and/or ADX Communications within the previous thirty (30) days. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and be at least 18 years old as determined by the Company and reside in the Pensacola Total Survey Area (TSA) as defined by Nielsen Audio. Only one (1) entry per person. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

F. PRIZES
The single prize package consists of the following:
- A $20 gift card to Hot Spot BBQ
- Free Range Time at Pensacola Shooting Range
Other prizes may be awarded.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida 32504. Since the value of this prize package exceeds $600, the winner must present a valid social security number and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize as required by federal law..
