CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “NewsRadio 1620 General Contest Rules” dated 09.17.18. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
- HOW TO ENTER
People may enter at the NewsRadio1620/ FM 92.3 & ESPN-Pensacola 94.5FM booths (a.k.a, “The Man Cave”) at the Pensacola Interstate Fair during fair operating hours using the official online contest entry form. Devices for entry will be provided at the fair by the stations. Entries may also be made online at www.NewsRadio1620.comand www.ESPNpensacola.com. Limit one registration per person.
- HOW TO PLAY
All entries will be combined and one random name will be picked to win the Grand Prize. This contest is promoted by two stations (NewsRadio1620/ FM 92.3 & ESPN-Pensacola 94.5FM), but only ONE prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the air on both stations by Tuesday, October 30, 2018 will be and contacted within 3 business days using information from completed entry form. If unable to contact the first eligible winner, another will be drawn and contacted in the same manner until an eligible winner is located.
This is a local contest sponsored by NewsRadio1620/ FM 92.3 & ESPN-Pensacola 94.5FM, and it has no connection to any other organization. The Contest is open to all NewsRadio1620/ FM 92.3 & ESPN-Pensacola 94.5FM listeners age 21 or older. The winner of this contest may win this prize even if he/she has won another prize from stations and/or ADX Communications within the previous thirty (30) days. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and be at least 21 years old as determined by the Company and reside in the Pensacola Total Survey Area (TSA) as defined by Nielsen Audio. Only one (1) entry per person. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

The single prize package consists of the following:

Other prizes may be awarded.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida 32504. Since the value of this prize package exceeds $600, the winner must present a valid social security number and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize as required by federal law..
